

How I can do bike to lose 15 pounds in June?
I weigh around 140-ish. >. "My goal is to lose the closest June 15 pounds for my wedding day. I tried the diet and exercise to a video, but it werent for me. >.> And with my job, basically sat for eight hours to do nothing and eat two times during this period. So I know that I'm not wasting calories there, Im just won their cause Im not burn. So I I decided to ride a bike. I chose this form of excersize, because this way I can listen to my iPod and I can not seem so boring to do. And I want to lose weight in thighs I heard this is a good way. But my question is to say, how I can do to lose 15 pounds ride in June, if I walk every day? Do you think that is realistic? Also, I'm not sure, but if I can find a place here that sells Acai berry things I want too.
