About the Acai Berry?
OK, im 14 years old do MMA Every night I’m 5′5 and weigh 120 lbs. I am in excellent shape. But i have a question about the Acai Berry, will reduce 3% body fat on me? thats all i need to lose in order to get a 6 pack PLEASE ANSWER! i need to know if its healthy for someone who is not overwieght.
Well im mainly wondering will it cut down my body fat percentage 3%?
Acai Berry is healthy for anyone, but over-rated as a means of losing weight. You ar in excellent shape, keep eating the right things, include some more intensive exercise, and don’t worry. You are doing fine.
